OVERVIEW: We provided a comprehensive design to create an office that had energy and movement throughout to make the space exciting. The objective was to provide as many offices and/or workstations as the space would allow. Before the renovation the office space was less than 50% leased, after our renovation quest is maintained an average of 90% capacity.
